Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir opens with a cola and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and savory. The flavor profile is a rustic loam and cola blend with notes of black raspberry, oak, and black plum. I also detected hints of clove, black pepper, and mushrooms. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a long time. This Pinot would pair well with a grilled salmon. Enjoy - Ken
