Wine Review: This fun, crisp and bright Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is an almost clear straw color. I found aromas of intense yellow grapefruit, tangerine, gooseberry, pine sap and gardenia flowers. On the palate, it's balanced and zesty, with plus acidity, a medium-minus body, and an unexpectedly pleasant round mouthfeel. There are flavors of yellow grapefruit, white peach and chalky minerality, with some hints of fresh herbs. The finish is dry and moderate in length. It would go nicely with crab legs and drawn butter. – Mark
