Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very fragrant gooseberry bouquet with hints of lime and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, rather acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a ripe grapefruit and minerality blend with notes of lime and nectarine. The finish is dry and brief. This Sauvignon Blanc would be best served cool on a hot summer day. Enjoy it with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
