Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from New Zealand opens with a very fragrant strawberry and red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, bright and juicy. The flavor profile is red plum with notes of mild minerallity and hints of red raspberry. I also detected a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This nice Pinot is affordable and food friendly. It would pair well with barbecue shrimp. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Pinot Noir is bold, fresh, direct, elegant and balanced. It delivers dark cherry, plum and blackberry fruit notes and soft, well-integrated tannins.
