Wine Review: This bright dark ruby colored Zin opens with a smoky oak bouquet with hints of ash, wet leather, and black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a smoky oak with integrated black cherry and hints of black currant and pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are nicely managed. The panel suggested pairing this tasty Zin with a big juicy bacon burger or mini beef wellingtons. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Purple color. Aromatic notes of lavender, violets, and black raspberry. Strawberry jam, black raspberry, chocolate, and clove spice flavors. With a long persistent finish of strawberry and black raspberry fruit, sweet chocolate and spice.
