Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from the North Coast is a good value. It opens with a fragrant boysenberry bouquet with hints of rhubarb and red raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is cherry vanilla with hints of red plum, red licorice and oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger for a little bit. The Tasting Panel suggests pairing this very nice Cab with minted lamb. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Deep boysenberry color. Very nice on the nose with heavy alcohol. Plum & dark berries on the palate. Smooth and velvety finish. It's a Sonoma Coast banger, don't pass this up.
