Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very aromatic tropical fruits bouquet featuring pineapple, grapefruit and guava along with hints of white peach and lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and soft with gentle acidity. The flavor profile is mild chalky mineral and gentle tart white grapefruit blend with notes of pineapple and lime. The finish is dry and very refreshing. The Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with baked Dover sole in lemon herb parmesan sauce or oven baked sea bass. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc offers impressive aromatics of pineapple, gooseberry, lemongrass and star jasmine anticipate gentler suggestions of key lime pie, citrus zest, tropical rain forest and lychee fruit. The palate is clean and exuberant, offering generous lemon-lime flavors with Granny Smith apple, pineapple and mango. Simultaneously smooth and lively, this wine is solid in its varietal character with a distinctly tropical personality. An engaging, lingering finish rounds out the experience with abundant kiwi and melon notes highlighted by lemon chiffon and white peach.
