Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a mild blueberry and black cherry bouquet with a hint of eucalyptus and fresh ground coffee. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, rich and fruit forward. The flavor profile is an extracted black currant with notes of black cherry and blueberry with a hint of menthol and oak. The finish is dry and a bit warm. The panel suggested pairing this Cab with duck breast or Colorado lamb chops. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The pedigree of our estate vineyard has once again proven itself with a wine full of elegance, charm and complexity. Cherry pie, blackberry liquor, cinnamon, clove, and a dusting of fine chocolate burst out of the glass. Upon entry the wine is fat and supple, with a full, lush body, and beautifully integrated tannins that create a fine structure and energy for great aging potential.
