Wine Review: This slightly cloudy and dark red colored Grenache based blend opens with a cherry and mild oak bouquet with a hint of smoky peat. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slight acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is complex blend of tasty toasted oak, mild red raspberry and red cherry with notes of spicy red plum. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair very well with a roast pork tenderloin or roasted quail. Enjoy – KWGTP
