Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored wine opens with a black cherry and blueberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, fruit forward and juicy. The flavor profile is an extracted ripe black cherry with notes of black currant and blueberry. I also detected hints of minerality and faint oak in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild tannins fade away nicely. This wine would pair nicely with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
