Wine Review: Mourvedre is Christian’s favorite grape and his passion for it is show in this Excellent wine. It is ruby colored and opens with an attractive cherry and vanilla bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and flavorful. The flavor profile is a delicious mild boysenberry with notes of black cherry, cola and red beet. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite a while. This Mourvedre is impressive and would pair perfectly with filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
