Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored red blend opens with a red currant and old oak bouquet with a hint of boysenberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a black plum and oak blend with hints of black pepper and black raspberry. The finish is dry and its very dusty tannins are rather sticky and show great length. This wine would pair well with beef stew in the near term. Enjoy – Ken
