Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Grigio from Cupcake opens with a mild apple bouquet with a hint of vanilla and lemon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a light apple with hints of lemon and a touch of minerality and grapefruit. The finish is dry and refreshing. This good value Pinot Grigio would pair well with grilled scallops. Enjoy – Ken
