Wine Review: This very pale pink colored wine from Cotes de Provence opens with a white peach and faint red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with nicely integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and fresh. The flavor profile is a mild crushed stone and herbal tea blend with notes of watermelon. I also detected a hint of strawberry. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Rose with chilled shrimp. Enjoy - Ken
