Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints green pepper, lemon and tomato leaf. On the palate, this wine is a light bodied, slightly acidic, zippy and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart ripe ruby grapefruit with notes of minerality with hints of tangerine, nectarine and green tomatoes. The finish is dry, refreshing and lingers nicely. The Panel thought this wine would pair nicely with scallops and gazpacho. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Pale lemon straw. Ripe Sauvignon Blanc aromatics with notes of white peach, citrus blossom, honeysuckle and kaffir lime. Harmonious and rich on the palate with ripe citrus and fresh apple and a layered, dry, textural feel. Pair with seafood or antipasti.
