Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Gavi opens with a banana and light tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, round, and shows slight acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Bosc pear with hints of mild pineapple. The finish is dry and pleasant. The panel suggested that this Gavi would pair well with Ritz cracker encrusted baked scrod. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: La Rocca is pale yellow in color with subtle greenish reflections. It is fresh and delicate on the nose with hints of citrus. On the palate, it is crisp, light, and dry with balanced acidity and a delicate finish. Recommended with antipasti, salads, vegetable based soups, seafood, and lightly grilled white meats.
