Wine Review: This almost clear wine does display a slight straw colored tinge. It opens with an attractive mild peach bouquet with a hint of lychee. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and round. The flavor profile is a blend of peach, lychee, and tangerine. We also detected a hint of minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors and tingly acidity stick around for a while. The panel suggested pairing this wine with frutti di Mare. Enjoy – KWGTP
