Wine Review: This ruby colored red blend opens with a faint blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, rich and extracted. The flavor profile is blueberry with notes of cola. I also detected hints black cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This rich wine is a mystery blend. It would pair very nicely with slow cooked braised short ribs. Enjoy
Winemaker Notes: Mmmmmm. Conundrum Red...What's In There? It's proprietary and we believe the fun is exploring this intriguing wine. Conundrum Red is a non-traditional blend of California red grapes. This wine is truly a Conundrum in style which is unlike any other red blended wine.
