Wine Review: This light yellow colored white blend opens with an aromatic lychee bouquet with hints of orange and peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, creamy and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild lychee and pear blend with a dash of cinnamon and guava. The finish is dry and its flavors linger pleasantly for quite a while. This wine is a prefect aperitif option. Pair it with scallops wrapped in smoked bacon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Gorgeous aromas of apricot, honeysuckle, and vanilla and lime zest enhance a deeply-flavored palate of tropical fruit, peach, pear and honeydew melon flavors. The complexity of this wine is brought into balance with a rich, round, soft texture; fresh, supportive acidity; and a stunning, satisfying finish. Jon Bolta - Winemaker
