Wine Review: This pitch-black colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend opens with a black currant and wet stone bouquet with a hint of boysenberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a mineral and black currant blend with notes of black pepper and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins fade-away nicely. This is ready to go and would pair wellness with filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2017 Continuum bears the hallmarks of the elevation and terroir at Sage Mountain Vineyard, showcasing exquisite vibrancy, many layers of flavor, ferrous minerality and fragrant wild herb notes. The vintage shows freshness, hinting at rose petal on the nose and a brambleberry fruit profile on the palate. Cacao, black cherry and red plum give a plush, silky mid-palate tying in seamlessly with fine tannins of crushed stone and subtle undertones of tapenade.
