Wine Review: This Good value Riesling is pale yellow colored and opens with a mild peach and clementine like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, gentle and citrusy. The flavor profile is an approachable and easy going green apple with notes of lime and hints of minerality throughout. The finish is crisp and refreshing. This wine would pair well with a Rachel sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This appealing and light yellow-green Riesling is intensely aromatic. Its delicate notes of soft flowers such as jasmine are finely integrated with those citrus fruits. In mouth it mingles grapefruit and mineral flavors to create a young and fresh taste with good acidity. It is best with seafood, white meat, cheeses, and desserts.
