Wine Review: This straw colored Chardonnay opens with a wet stone and gentle musty oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gentle old oak and apple blend with hints of lemon and white pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This Chard would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Clean and bright, light yellow Bouquet: Rich and concentrated with layers of tasty pear, fig and toasty hazelnut. Taste: Full-bodied with distinct minerality on the palate and a core of ripe, opulent fig and pear flavors. A long lasting, vibrant finish. A perfect accompaniment to white meats, shellfish, and fresh cheeses.
