Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Tempranillo opens with a mild black currant bouquet with a hint of truffle oil. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a blend of sour cherry and red raspberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are slightly prolonged. This wine is very easy going and would pair well with barbecue chicken dishes. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine is made using the strictest selection measures in the vineyard and winery. With an intense cherry color, the wine’s aroma is complex with notes of red fruit, dried herbs, coffee, and black licorice. On the palate the wine is rich and potent and full of dark fruit and spices, with a long, succulent finish.
