Wine Review: Pale straw in color, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with vivid aromas of tangerine and green tea, much of which carries over to the palate. Tropical fruit flavors also develop in the mouth and the light acidity puts the wine into balance. The finish is clean and crisp, as refreshing on the exit as it is on the entrance. Enjoyed with pan-seared cod with oyster mushrooms, scallions, chive mashed potatoes and a citron blanc sauce. - Jeoff
Winemaker Notes: Our Sauvignon Blanc opens with citrus aromas followed by a layer of minerality and pear flavors that give way to a crisp, clean finish. Pair with goat’s milk cheese, grilled halibut, Dungeness crab and vegetable quiche.
