Wine Review: This opaque and onyx colored Cabernet opens with spearmint, blackberry and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a fruit forward blueberry and cherry cola blend with notes mild old oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are a bit dusty and linger for a while. This Cab is a very good value. It would be a perfect burger wine or with pot roast. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Grand Estates Cabernet Sauvignon displays an impressive concentration of dark fruits, black cherry, currant and fig aromas and flavors. The ripe, sweet, okay tannins are balanced by lovely fruit complexity.
