Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a butterscotch and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty butterscotch with a hint of Bosc pear and oak. The finish is dry and pleasant. This nice value Chard would pair well with chicken Alfredo.
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of baked apple, honeysuckle, nutmeg, and a touch of mineral introduce this elegant yet racy, medium-bodied Chardonnay. A broad spectrum of orchard fruits and sweet oak notes lead to a seductive, slightly creamy vanilla finish. - Ray Einberger, Winemaker
