Wine Review: This almost clear colored Torrontes opens with an attractive Yardley’s English Rose soap bouquet with a hint of sage. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile a mineral infused yellow grapefruit with hints of lime zest. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. I would pair this wine with Manchego and stone wheat crackers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense gold in colour with green tones, this wine has a bright floral nose with the citrus aroma of grapefruit and a hint of spice. In the mouth it is fresh and well-structured with a crisp finish. Elegant and fruity with tropical notes to the fore.
