Wine Review: This medium copper colored Rose made from Pinot Noir opens with a dried cranberry and chamomile tea bouquet with a faint hint of strawberry and some floral notes. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and crisp. We also found it to be juicy and a little mouthwatering as well. The flavor profile is similar to the nose. It features a blend of chamomile tea and gentle craisin with notes of chalky minerality and tart strawberry. We also detected some hints of almond and lemon-lime mixed in. The finish is dry, refreshing and extended. We would pair this Rose with a mahi-mahi fish taco with a Caesar salad. Hold the anchovies! Enjoy – Ken and Joe
