Wine Review: A Rhone meets Bordeaux blend with a sprinkling of Tempranillo just to make it authentically a Spanish wine. A medium bodied red that possesses a nice balance of fruity and herbal flavors. The cherry notes pop in front of a good helping backing of Kalamata olives and bay leaves flavors. A medium-light bodied red that would complement a nice grilled bleu cheese burger with a side of coleslaw. – Nicolay
Winemaker Notes: A vivid garnet and maroon color with red and black fruits with fine nuances of oak and mineral notes. The palate is fleshy, sweet and powerful. Very fruity and balanced aftertaste with a excellent expression varietal.
