Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a pomegranate bouquet with hints of plum, cumin and cola. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, balanced and rich. The flavor profile is a tart plum, smoky oak and graphite blend with hints of dark chocolate and cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors and medium tannins linger for a while. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with osso buco or grilled shrimp. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Beautiful in ruby red color, this Pinot Noir has great clarity. Nutmeg, black cherry, and cola aromas leap from the glass. Flavors of strawberry, vanilla, and cinnamon spice lead to a smooth and fruit driven finish. With a rich mouthfeel, the 2017 Pinot Noir displays a long velvety finish.
