Wine Review: The coralish pink colored Mourvèdre based Rosé from Cline opens with an asparagus and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, the wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is stony minerality and underripe black plum blend with notes of black tea and watermelon. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rosé would pair well with shrimp scampi.
