Wine Review: This straw-colored Chardonnay opens with a citrus, lemon, pineapple, and light pear bouquet with notes of banana. The medium plus body is inviting and creamy with integrated crisp acidity and minerality. The flavor profile is lemon, lime, pear, and pineapple with notes of light herbs and oak. The pleasant extended finish is dry and lingers. I would recommend pairing this Carneros Chardonnay with mushroom risotto. - Joe
