Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a poached pear bouquet with hints of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, delicate, and bright. The flavor profile is saline and green apple blend with notes of green tea and stony minerality. I also detected hints of lime and kiwi. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
