Wine Review: This translucent and red colored Pinot Noir from Adam Lee at Clarice opens with a red apple skin and plum bouquet with hint of stone dust. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and a little zesty and savory. The flavors profile is a stone dust and black plum blend with notes of pomegranate and green tea. The finish is dry, and its mild refined dusty tannins linger and last for quite some time.
