Wine Review: This translucent and dark red colored Pinot Noir from Clarice opens with a chai and gentle raspberry bouquet with hints of red plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a stone dust minerality and red plum blend with notes of strawberry. Hint of raspberry tea, celery, bay leaf, and oak. The finish is dry, and its well-managed moderate tannins and flavors linger and last for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with veal medallions or a filet mignon. Enjoy - KWGTP
