Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Pinot Noir from Clarice is Excellent. It opens with black raspberry and black plum bouquet with hints of black cherry and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is round, soft, and well-balanced. The flavor profile is wild strawberry, red plum, and fine stony mineral blend. We also detected notes of dried herbs faint oak and a touch of green tea. The finish is dry, and its mild tannins and flavors are very nicely extended. The Panel would pair this impressive Pinot from Adam Lee with a pork tenderloin in a sage brown butter sauce. Enjoy – KWGTP (Note: Price includes tax & shipping)
