Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Pinot Noir opens with mushroom and maraschino cherry bouquet with hint of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with very nicely integrated minerality. The mouthfeel is round, nicely balanced and savory. The flavor profile is stewed red plum and oak blend with notes of red raspberry and oolong tea. We also detected some hints of mushroom, wild strawberry, and thyme towards the end. The finish is dry, and its flavors and dusty tannins build up and drift away nicely. The Panel would pair this Pinot with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – KWGTP (Note: Price includes tax & shipping)
