Wine Review: The Chronic Cellars boys did it again. They made another winner. This ruby colored Zin opens with a black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced with a palate coating texture. The flavor profile is a yummy blend of black raspberry and blueberry with a hint of milk chocolate mixed in. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins show some nice length. This Zin is food friendly and would pair very well with a New York strip steak. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bursting with raspberries and strawberries complemented by white pepper, vanilla, and sage. Deep dark purple color, smooth on the palate, light tannins and a hint of fruity sweetness. Delicious!
