Wine Review: This light pink colored Grenache based Rose opens with red cherry bouquet with hints of wet stone and strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with notes of light lemon. I also detected hints of watermelon and red cherry. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This Rose is very food friendly and would pair well with broiled salmon steaks. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Appearance: Crystal-clear, pale pink with hints of purple. Nose: Complex with notes of citrus and redcurrant. Palate: Fresh, full-bodied and fruity. Finish: Crisp and long. Ideally paired with seafood and shellfish but also a perfect accompaniment to lightly spiced dishes, summer salads or tender lamb. Serve lightly chilled (14°C/57°F). Ageing potential: 3 years
