Wine Review: This white gold colored Oregon Riesling is very good. It opens with a honey and Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, has nice acidity and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a light grapefruit and ginger blend with notes of minerality and hints of apricot and honey. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger and last for a while. This wine is food friendly and would pair nicely oysters. Enjoy - Ken
