Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Muscadet is very good and a perfect summer wine. It opens with mild wet stone, green apple and lime like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused green apple with hints of quinine and mild grapefruit. The finish is dry and its flavors and pleasant acidity linger nicely after the wine is gone. This wine would go perfectly with stemmed mussels. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Lean, tight and rocky are the best descriptors. Complex and mineral which match up nicely with Sea Food, oysters, raw and grilled fish, crab, lobster and white meat. And perfect for an aperitif too.
