Wine Review: This slightly opaque and ruby colored Fleurie is Excellent! It opens with a cherry-vanilla and wet loam bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel nicely balanced, super smooth and clean. The flavor is very tasty cherry-vanilla with notes of green tea and red plum. I also detected some hints of loam and nutmeg. The finish is dry and its flavors and gentle tannins drift away nicely. This wine is a very high level and outstanding Cru level Beaujolais. We would pair it with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken

Nose: Red fruits, raspberry, light smoked notes, dried flowers.
Palate: Elegance and balance, with Burgundian accents where the kinship between Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir is obvious. Finesse and aromatic breadth, a wine of great gastronomy.
