Wine Review: This very dark red colored wine from Margaux opens with an inviting black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, elegant, and very smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral and faint cherry blend. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins show a nice sticky length. I would pair this wine with pot roast. Enjoy - Ken
