Wine Review: This deep pink colored wine made mainly from Grenache opens with a wet slate and blood orange bouquet with hints of red cherry, watermelon and cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and round. The flavor profile is a crushed stone influenced spicy red plum with hints of cinnamon, red cherry, mango, and strawberry. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely extended. The Panel would pair this Rose with pan-roasted red snapper or pad Thai. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Its deep aromatic complexity and very special balance are the hallmarks of a great wine. This wine features a robe that is a dazzling ruby color. Notes of spice open onto a cocktail of red and white fruit on the nose. On the palate, there is a gorgeous, generous mouth feel with a wide diversity of fruit and exceptional structure and balance that define this wine. Delicious with lamb curry, bouillabaisse, or paella.
