Wine Review: This opaque and dark purple Cabernet opens with a fragrant fruit forward black raspberry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and smooth as silk. The flavor profile is a gentle black raspberry and plum blend with notes of oak. The finish is dry and its sticky tannins linger for quite a while. Pair this Cab with duck. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Ruby red with a blackcurrant, tobacco and green tea bouquet. Rich and concentrated, while the elegant French oak gives a subtle lift to the wine. Soft, tannins give the wine texture, weight and a long, finish. Excellent with hearty stews and vegetable dishes.
