Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling from Washington State opens with a fragrant and appealing wet stone and lime bouquet with a hint of clove and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and refined. The flavor profile is a delicious mild lime and mineral blend with hints of green apple. The finish is off-dry and fades away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this very nice Riesling with seared diver scallops with asparagus risotto. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Eroica Riesling offers sweet lime and mandarin orange aromas with subtle mineral notes. The mouth-watering acidity is beautifully balanced by flavorful Washington Riesling fruit. Eroica is a blended statement of the finest Riesling vineyards in the state. To achieve our Eroica style we strive for bright fruit with crisp acidity and enhanced mineralilty.
