Wine Review: This almost clear colored Gewurztraminer from Columbia Valley in Washington State opens with a pleasant light lemon and lychee bouquet with a hint of apricot and walnut. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe green grape with hints of apricot, walnut, and lime. The finish is off-dry and its flavors fade away nicely. I would pair this Gewutz with cashew chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A fan favorite, this Gewurztraminer is a flavorful wine with bright, expressive fruit and clove spice. This is a lush style of Gewurztraminer with intense floral character, yet it still maintains the grape’s natural crisp acidity. Try this wine with Thai food or any cuisine with a little "bite" to it.
