Wine Review: This Dry Riesling from Chateau Ste. Michelle is an easy going mid-week summer sipper that hits the spot. It is also a great buy at its price point. It opens with a pleasing citrus bouquet that includes peaches and tangerines. It is light straw colored. It is light bodied, smooth and refreshing on the palate. The flavor profile includes citrus flavors including lemon and lime with hints of grapefruit. It closes with a nice dry extended finish. I would drink this Riesling alone or pair it with Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce. - Joe
Winemaker Notes: The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a dry, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful fruit flavors, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. It offers inviting sweet citrus aromas and flavors. This is an incredibly versatile food wine and my favorite with oysters.
