Wine Review: This light straw colored Chardonnay opens with an oak and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is a green apple and Bosc pear blend with nicely integrated oak. I also detected hints of spice and minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors and a bit of acidity, linger for a while. This Chard would pair nicely with mushroom and chicken risotto. Enjoy – Ken
