Wine Review: This midnight blue colored Cabernet from Chateau Ste. Michelle is very easy to drink and enjoy. It opens with a faint boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle blueberry with notes of faint oak. There was also a hint of vanilla cola as well in the background. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are quite food friendly. I would pair this versatile good value Cab with Kobe beef sliders. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The Indian Wells Cabernet is our warm climate ripe, jammy "New World" style of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine typifies the Wahluke Slope region with dark fruit aromas and flavors. Syrah added an enhanced richness and concentration to the wine.
